That includes educational workshops, vocational training, spiritual counseling, and community engagement opportunities. The goal of Abundant Living Transition Home is

That includes educational workshops, vocational training, spiritual counseling, and community engagement opportunities. The goal of Abundant Living Transition Home is to achieve a 75% success rate in terms of residents securing stable employment and independent living arrangements. Upon program completion within the first two years. Abundant Living Transition Home aims to foster strong community ties and partnerships with local businesses, churches, and organizations to support our residents' reintegration into society.

Welcome to Abundant Living Transition Home
The Butterfly Effect states that the world is deeply interconnected. Because of the Butterfly Effect this program addresses life skills such as identity, self-esteem, self-worth, familial relationships, and financial literacy. This is an 8-week program taught while the clients are still incarcerated.
